Ed Boullianne's book gave me pause for personal self-reflection of my daily food and exercise habits. This is a no-nonsense book that made me look at why I make the food choices I do, what kind of eater I am, and what I need to do to achieve and maintain my target healthy weight. The before and after pictures and examples of what Ed eats in a day were eye opening because both bring a deep sense of reality to the commitment needed and potential benefit of sticking with a healthy lifestyle.
